Our organization has worked with The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) to be designated as a Certified Autism Centre™ (CAC). Our staff has completed training and certification in best practices when assisting autistic sensory-sensitive individuals. PARKING
The Green Planet Dubai™ Parking is located at the city walk basement. A dedicated
parking space is available for people of determination.

GETTING YOUR TICKETS
If you’re buying tickets at the gate, there might be a long and busy queue. We
strongly advise buying the tickets beforehand online.
OUTDOOR GARDEN CAFE
Guests who wish to have a quieter experience are highly encouraged to visit our food & beverage outlets during non-peak hours.

10:00-13:00 during weekdays
FOOD POLICY
The Green Planet Dubai™ does not permit outside food and beverage (Exceptions are any food required for medical purposes, medically indicated nutritional supplements
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Health and Safety of all our guests is of paramount importance to us and hence, we do take our guests’ dietary requirements seriously. Each of our F&B outlets do have allergens information. For further assistance, please do contact us.

Restrooms are available throughout the park, including companion restrooms in selected locations. Please refer to our park map or ask any of our colleagues to find the closest location.

QUIET ROOMS
If the crowd is overwhelming and our guests on the autism spectrum require to escape, our quiet zone on the ground floor is a great place to relax from the busyness of the park. In addition, First Aid facilities are also available on the ground floor for quieter space.
SENSORY KITS/BAGS
Sensory kits are available at the entrance of the biome. Please visit our biodome entrance for further assistance.
