Online Booking terms

• All bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable or non-exchangeable.
• Online booking confirmations must be shown in print or on a smart device at the venue to access and all bookings must be exchanged for tickets or voucher to enter the park.
• Online bookings do not include any retail or food and beverage items unless specifically listed.
• Online promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer and can only be used for online bookings.
• This day ticket will give you single entry to the park.
• This day ticket is applicable on the date of choosing.
• This day ticket gives you access to all areas of the park.

Entrance terms

• All guests entering The Green Planet Dubai are subject to the rules and regulations of entry as displayed at the main entrance.
• For Infants (under 2 years) we will require a proof of age. If at the time of entry, the infant is 2 or above, we will require the responsible adult to purchase a correct ticket at the gate.
• Children under 13 years needs to be accompanied by an adult 18+ and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and will not be allowed to leave The Green Planet Dubai without their parent or guardian.
• The Green Planet Dubai reserves the right to temporarily close the facility or alter the opening and closing time, remove or cancel any part of the experience for any reason including but not limited to health and safety, operational issues, maintenance, special events and private functions without the prior notice or any compensation.
• Adventure Trail play area: Requires closed toed shoes. Max 70kg weight & Max 150cm height restriction. Soft Play area: Requires socks. Max 40kg weight & Max 150cm height restriction. The Adventure Trail and Soft Play area may be closed at any time without prior notice.
• Includes up to 3-hours free parking at CityWalk underground parking. Please validate your ticket at the ticketing counter.
• In the case of an emergency, you must follow all instructions and directions from the staff of the Park, and/or any other officials.
