• Infants under 2 years will require a proof of age. If at the time of entry, the infant is 2 years and above, we will require the responsible adult to purchase a correct ticket at the gate.
• All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• All guests entering The Green Planet are subject to the policies and guidelines as set forth by The Green Planet Management.
• Food and Beverages from outside are not allowed inside The Green Planet.
• The Green Planet reserves the right to temporarily close the facility for the purposes of maintenance or private events without the prior notice or any compensation.
• This ticket must be presented at the ticketing gate for the redemption.
• Tickets are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, events or promotions.
• Tickets are non-transferrable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable.. They are void if defaced or altered in any way.
• In the case of an emergency, you must follow all instructions and directions from the staff of the Park, and/or any other officials.

• Children below 11 years must be accompanied by a paying adult. Guests aged 11–17 may participate by completing a waiver form. All guests under 18 must have an adult present within the premises.
• Arrival must be 15 minutes before the session starts for VIP tickets.
• Please note that you can validate your parking ticket at the underground City Walk mall parking for up to 3 hours.
• All guests must follow staff instructions and safety guidelines at all times.
• Ticket is valid for the selected date and time only.
